seeks a Transportation Specialist to drive growth and optimize the drop-off network for sellers and customers in Mexico City. The role focuses on data-driven decision making, BI tools, and coordinating with Operations, Transportation, and Business teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel, English proficiency, and experience with SQL and AI/ML technologies, along with operations management experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in operations management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative solutions and manage Amazon's transportation network for drop-off stores for sellers and customers.
• Work with large data sets and business intelligence tools to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and align on network changes.
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience.
