Eaton in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a single point of contact for commercial support to distributors and sales engineers. You will interact with manufacturing plants and warehouses to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include fulfilling order management for distributors, delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, and driving process improvements while maintaining Customer 360 tool usage.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in administration, international business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of customer interaction or support experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software or SAP; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill order management activities for distributors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email; meet SLAs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain daily usage of the Customer 360 tool.
• Coordinate with finance to resolve customer credit requests.
• Support strategic accounts management and back order analysis.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment per Eaton standards.
