Natixis Mexico Representative Office seeks a Director, Relationship Manager to drive growth by acquiring clients and targeting global sponsors. You will partner with the Senior Country Manager, LatAm Platform, and New York teams to align strategic goals with the Bank's objectives.

Responsibilities include expanding strategic client relationships, marketing a range of Natixis products, and coordinating cross-border transactions while ensuring KYC compliance and strong data quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of strong relationship management with corporate clients.
• Access to corporate clients in Mexico.
• Proactive attitude with ability to learn and integrate into a dynamic team.
• Language proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Technical proficiency in financial structuring, credit analysis, and due diligence.
• Advanced computer skills: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to perform under time pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Country Manager in identifying strategic client relationships with top-tier global clients in Mexico.
• Engage Corporate clients, marketing Natixis products including Global Markets, DCM, syndications, and finance.
• Monitor client portfolio through dialogue, identify mandates, and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify client financial needs and coordinate with Natixis teams for solutions.
• Coordinate strategies with business lines and assist in budgeting and planning.
• Originate and support New York-based product lines in structuring transactions in Mexico.
• Liaise with New York structuring and legal teams to facilitate deal execution.
• Coordinate deal development with Operations and the New York LatAm Platform.
• Ensure onboarding and periodic review of client KYC requirements.
• Prepare Credit Applications and company analyses for facilities and new transactions.
