Citi in Mexico seeks a Regional Business Head to lead a team of professionals across strategy and administration. You will drive regional initiatives, coordinate with Latin America teams, and present strategic information to senior management.

You will manage resources, risk, and budgets, develop long-term plans, and ensure compliance. Strong communication with leaders across businesses is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years strategic experience preferred.
• Ideally experience working in multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of the middle market commercial banking space.
• Fundamental understanding of the drivers of value and the financial statements in a commercial bank.
• Outstanding problem structuring and analytic capabilities; ability to take a complex problem and organize it.
• Significant experience working effectively with senior and middle level managers and with large interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• The Strategy Senior Manager will report to the Strategy Group Manager and play a key role in developing initiatives and projects throughout the region.
• Identify and develop regional projects that could materially improve the effectiveness and performance of the business.
• Coordinate projects and strategic information and presentations from Latin America to top management and the business; influence senior management across areas.
• Develop processes for providing ad hoc information on strategic initiatives for management.
• Engage and influence several teams involved in projects that lead to commercial excellence.
• Apply understanding of ongoing projects to provide strategic guidance to outside teams during execution.
• Develop recommendations to advise Citi's senior management on growth strategy, product and segment strategies, and cross business initiatives.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensure compliance, and supervise others to uphold standards.
