Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Deep expertise in modern architectural patterns including RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Proven experience leading Java and Spring Boot applications in large-scale enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and secure coding standards.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments with modern delivery practices.
• Extensive SDLC experience from planning to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and deliver software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Own technology outcomes for the domain and ensure alignment with Mastercard architecture.
• Ensure high-quality code through reviews and hands-on contribution.
