Changan Mexico in Mexico City is seeking a Sales and DND Director to steer the national sales strategy and strengthen the dealer network. You will lead the sales team, collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance, and ensure targets are met while expanding profitability across the network.

The role requires 10+ years in automotive sales, direct dealer experience, and strong English proficiency. Travel availability is expected as part of the leadership responsibilities.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks.
• Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market.
• Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales strategy and support the achievement of our national sales targets.
• Grow and strengthen the Changan dealer network.
• Follow up on dealer performance and profitability.
• Develop sales processes and improvement plans.
• Work closely with Network Development, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance.
