Changan Mexico is seeking a Sales and DND Director in Mexico City to lead our sales strategy and grow the dealer network. You will drive national targets, oversee dealer profitability, and develop sales processes while collaborating with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance teams.

The role requires 10+ years in automotive sales, leadership experience, and strong English skills (C1). Travel readiness is essential as we expand across the region.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks.
• Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market
• Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Advanced English (C1)
• Availability to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus
