Changan Mexico is seeking a Sales Director in Mexico City to lead sales strategy and grow the dealer network, driving targets and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive sales with direct dealer network experience, strong negotiation and leadership, advanced English, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance to develop processes and lead the sales team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with dealer networks.
• Previous experience in a Sales Director, Sales Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market.
• Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades
