Changan Mexico in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and grow the dealer network, driving profitability and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automotive sales, leadership experience with dealer networks, strong negotiation skills, and excellent English. Travel readiness and a business or engineering degree are required; an MBA is a plus.

We're looking for a Sales Director to join our team in Mexico City and lead our sales strategy and dealer network growth.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks
• Previous experience in a Sales Director, Sales Manager or similar leadership position
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market
• Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Advanced English
• Availability to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus
