Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments; automotive preferred.
• Proven success leading end-to-end, multi-site SCM organizations.
• Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, planning, materials management, logistics, warehousing, inventory optimization, and customer fulfillment.
• Experience managing budgets, working capital, and logistics costs.
• Proven track record driving business transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated results in improving service, inventory, productivity, and cost performance.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, MMOG/LE, and other standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (QAD preferred), Microsoft Excel, and customer portals.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy for multi-site operations.
• Lead planning, materials management, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment functions.
• Drive KPIs for service, inventory, productivity, and cost performance.
• Manage budgets and resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing SCM organization across sites.
