You will oversee production planning, resource management, and budget performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of manufacturing and operations experience.
• Proven experience leading large manufacturing teams.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operations within the assigned value stream to ensure safe and productive performance.
• Drive KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans.
• Coordinate resources, capacity planning, and schedules to meet demand.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead talent development and supervise multiple leaders.
