TERREPOWER in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a Director of Sourcing & Procurement – Americas to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier development for the region. You will build a high-performing team supporting our Reynosa manufacturing center and collaborate with global regional procurement to drive cost competitiveness, quality, and supply-chain resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive aftermarket sourcing or procurement.
• Experience managing supplier relationships across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of underhood automotive product categories.
• Proven record of cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Experience leading procurement teams in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; travel across North and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Reynosa procurement team; ensure uninterrupted direct-material supply.
• Develop North American and nearshore sourcing strategies; diversify suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, tooling, rebates; manage should-cost models.
• Manage supplier development, scorecards, and corrective actions.
• Support sourcing for new product launches and launches readiness.
• Identify risks and implement dual-sourcing and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and ethics standards.
• Lead organizational development and cross-functional collaboration.
