Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management for the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex in Mexico. You will lead end-to-end SCM across four plants, the Aftermarket business, and a Dallas 3PL operation, driving operational excellence, inventory optimization, and cost effectiveness while aligning with global SC strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of supply chain leadership in complex manufacturing; automotive preferred.
Proven success leading end-to-end, multi-site supply chains.
Strong expertise in S&OP, planning, materials, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
Experience managing budgets, working capital, and logistics costs.
Proven track record of digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, MMOG/LE, and ERP systems (QAD preferred).
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Celaya–Villagrán complex.
Lead multi-site SC leadership including planning, materials, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
Drive optimization, digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions.
Manage budgets, working capital, and overall supply chain costs.
