Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Management Director to lead a remote-first project delivery team and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will shape PM methodologies, mentor a distributed group of project managers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management with senior leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex digital projects.
• Proven experience in managing fully remote teams and leading distributed project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and resource optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in the tech industry, specifically with software development and digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
