The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in project management, a background in tourism or hospitality, and proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
• Willingness to relocate to Cancún, Quintana Roo.

Key Responsibilities
