This role is crucial for translating conceptual visions into stunning, functional, and commercially viable spaces that define exceptional guest experiences. You will work at the forefront of architectural innovation in the hospitality sector, shaping the future of leisure and tourism infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a passion for creative design, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-end developments. This is a ground-based role requiring active participation on-site and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the architectural design process for new resorts, hotels, and leisure facilities, from initial concept development through to construction documentation. Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, and developers to ensure a cohesive and integrated project vision. Requirements

Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful design and execution of large-scale resorts, hotels, or entertainment complexes. Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Suite). Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes. Excellent knowledge of Mexican building codes and regulations, particularly in tourist zones. Exceptional visual communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines. Fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English are required.
