The Coca-Cola Company in Mexico seeks a Manager, Communications & Change Management to drive communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of digital transformation across the operating unit.

You will develop plans, coordinate learning and change activities, and partner with business leaders, HR, Product teams, and Global Digital Services to ensure effective delivery and long‑term adoption of new digital capabilities and ways of working.

Formación

  • 5–8+ years of experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

Job Description Summary

The Manager, Communications & Change Management is responsible for executing communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives that support successful delivery and adoption of digital transformation across the Operating Unit. This role partners with business leaders, product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to ensure employees and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to adopt new digital capabilities and ways of working.

The Manager develops communication plans, coordinates stakeholder engagement activities, supports change readiness efforts, and delivers learning and adoption programs that improve business outcomes. Working across multiple transformation initiatives, this role helps translate strategy into actionable communications and change activities that enable successful implementation and long‑term adoption.

Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, organizational change, and project management skills, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Execute communication and change management plans that support digital transformation initiatives across the Operating Unit.

  • Develop communication materials, leadership messaging, presentations, newsletters, and engagement campaigns that promote awareness and adoption.

  • Partner with business leaders, Product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to coordinate communication and change activities.

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and support stakeholder engagement plans to build alignment and drive successful implementation.

  • Support change impact assessments, organizational readiness activities, and adoption planning across digital initiatives.

  • Coordinate training programs, learning materials, and user enablement activities to improve digital capabilities and adoption.

  • Assist in developing communication standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across initiatives.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness, stakeholder feedback, and adoption metrics, recommending improvements where appropriate.

  • Support governance meetings, executive updates, and program communications by preparing reports, presentations, and progress updates.

  • Partner with HR and Learning teams to coordinate capability‑building initiatives and workforce readiness programs.

  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen communication, engagement, and change management practices.

  • Support engagement with Bottlers and key System stakeholders, helping drive alignment of the digital transformation agenda across forums and routines such as LATAM Digital Council, Digitecon, and the System Digital Leaders Community.

  • Partner with HR/People and PACs teams to support capability‑building efforts and help connect digital transformation outcomes with the broader corporate communications and reputation agenda.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external digital and innovation ecosystems, including startups, industry networks, and Kamay in LATAM, to bring external perspectives and support digital transformation priorities through open innovation opportunities.

Candidate Profile

A collaborative communications and change management professional with experience supporting digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption initiatives. Brings strong communication, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective relationships across business and technology teams.

Passionate about helping organizations navigate change, improve employee engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes through effective communication and adoption strategies.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in communications, change management, organizational effectiveness, HR, project management, or related fields.

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital initiatives through communications and change management activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials.

  • Familiarity with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.

  • Experience partnering with HR, Product, PACs, Digital, and business teams within matrixed organizations.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience measuring communication effectiveness and adoption using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.

  • Experience collaborating with Bottlers, external innovation ecosystems, startups, incubators, or industry networks is preferred.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
