• Lead with algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, networking; drive adoption.
• Automate code quality, performance, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor talent; onboard new engineers and align goals with department objectives.
• Participate in design, development and evolution of applications with architecture teams.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for quality and security.
• Coordinate incident triage, root-causes, and permanent fixes across teams.
• Ensure timely delivery, risk management and clear stakeholder communication.
