Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in technology roles with development or enterprise architecture focus.
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of client core business functions and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale or multiple projects; guide design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Understand business functions and translate into system design.
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Mentor SDEs and drive architectural best practices across teams.
• Oversee design reviews, code reviews, and adoption of design patterns.
