Siemens Energy in Mexico is seeking a senior engineer to lead engineering assurance across Grid Automation and Substation projects. You will establish and maintain assurance processes, perform compliance audits, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on high voltage protection, control and SCADA systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering assurance, project engineering, panel assembly or technical compliance for HV substations.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 27000 and 14000 requirements.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain engineering assurance processes and workflows.
• Verify compliance with internal standards, specs and industry standards.
• Monitor adherence to procedures and maintain project documentation quality.
• Identify opportunities to reduce rework and improve productivity; define KPIs.
• Provide management reports and promote an excellence-focused culture.
