Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Grid Technologies to execute and coordinate transformer and switchgear equipment installations in Central America. The role interfaces with global factory project management teams, business development, marketing, logistics, installation advisors, proposal specialists, and contract administrators to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience managing business or operational projects.
• Effective organization and communication skills for customer relationship management, negotiation and reporting.
• Project management life cycle skills with proven experience handling client facing projects and deliverables.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to final closure.
• Monitor and report on project status, timelines, milestones, and quality standards; manage budgets.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks and obstacles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and manage communications.
