Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division in Mexico is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer (digital solutions) to lead operational excellence across a diverse manufacturing environment, applying Lean & Six Sigma to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory.

The role leads Rapid Improvement Events and CIT activity, migrates reporting to Power BI, standardizes dashboards and Power Apps, and partners with process owners to build robust process management and digital

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate reporting from Excel, PowerPoint and Word to Power BI.
• Standardize dashboards and Power Apps usage.
• Maintain and support systems, apps, or dashboards with high utilization.
• Use Eaton Lean Six Sigma to improve facility performance.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing methods to reduce costs.
• Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver results.
• Collaborate with process owners to build process management systems.
• Investigate production methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead Poka-yoke improvements and present at quarterly competition.
• Support cross-functional initiatives (Quality/Finance/HR/Safety).
• Obtain LEAN tool certifications per Eaton roadmap.
• Champion best practices exchange for digital solutions.
