Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Specialist to lead manufacturing digital initiatives across multiple plants.

You will design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using tools like Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, and Palantir Foundry, coordinating IT teams and vendors to drive efficiency.

Strong experience in automotive manufacturing, data analytics, and ERP integrations is essential. English proficiency required.

Formación

• 7+ years in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement.
• Automotive manufacturing and supply chain process experience.
• Proven delivery of cross-functional technology and business improvement projects.
• Experience with data analytics, AI, automation, and low-code platforms.
• ERP (SAP, QAD, Oracle, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities across multiple plants, designing the conceptual architecture for the solution.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Build prototypes or MVPs using low-code/no-code tools.
• Develop projects on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, and Palantir Foundry to drive operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate IT teams, vendors, and business users.
• Drive digital transformation projects using Agile methodologies.
• Scale successful solutions from a single plant to the entire organization.
