Stellantis Financial Services in Toluca is seeking a die maker for stamping operations. You will support launch deliverables, supervise resources for die tryouts, and lead corrective actions to ensure smooth launches.

The role requires 4 years of stamping experience, CAD familiarity (NX/Smirt), strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate changes and mentor die makers to resolve critical problems.

Formación

• Experience in stamping manufacturing processes and related equipment.
• Knowledge of control and monitoring tools to achieve results.
• Ability to interact with personnel at different organization levels.
• Teamwork and on-time delivery emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
• Ensure basic conditions for new dies
• To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts

• Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose
• Coordinate & implement the engineering changes
• Failure Analysis
• Responsible for spare parts,supplierscoordination & planning activities for new dies
• Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
• Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems

• Experience: (4 years)
