Stellantis in Toluca, Mexico seeks an experienced Engineering Lead for die development and stamping processes. You will support launch deliverables, manage resources for tryouts, and lead die makers and team leads in launching new dies.

The role requires 4 years in stamping environments, strong knowledge of plant processes, and advanced English. You will coordinate engineering changes, perform failure analyses, and mentor colleagues across organizational levels to ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• 4 years experience in stamping/manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of stamping plant processes and equipment.
• Experience with control and monitoring tools.
• Ability to interact with personnel at different organization levels.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
• Ensure basic conditions for new dies.
• Manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts.
• Follow and lead the corrective actions during tryouts.
• Lead the TL and die makers for launch purpose.
• Coordinate and implement the engineering changes.
• Failure Analysis
• Responsible for spare parts, suppliers coordination and planning activities for new dies.
• Dies CAD manage (NX and Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
• Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems
