India is seeking a manufacturing engineer to support stamping dies launches in Toluca. Responsibilities include coordinating resources for tryouts, leading die makers, and implementing engineering changes. Strong teamwork and English proficiency are required to ensure on-time delivery of launch deliverables.

Experience in stamping plants and knowledge of monitoring tools are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Experience in stamping dies and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team to achieve launch deliverables.
• Ensure basic conditions for new dies.
• Manage and supervise resources for tryouts.
• Lead corrective actions during tryouts.
• Lead die makers and team for launches.
• Coordinate and implement engineering changes.
• Perform failure analysis.
• Handle spare parts, suppliers coordination and planning for new dies.
• Manage Dies CAD (NX and Smirt) for changes/visual consulting.
• Coach die makers on critical die problems.

1. Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
2. Ensure basic conditions for new dies
3. To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts
4. Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts
5. Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose
6. Coordinate & implement the engineering changes
7. Failure Analysis
8. Responsible for spare parts,supplierscoordination & planning activities for new dies
9. Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
10. Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems

• Experience: (4 years)
• Knowledge in the manufacturing processes stamping plants, as well in the equipment used for the stamping product production.
• Knowledge in the use of control and monitoring tools to get results.
• Ability to interact with personnel of different organization levels inside and outside the
