Stellantis NV in Toluca is seeking a skilled engineer to support and lead the launch of new stamping dies. You will supervise resources for tryouts, drive corrective actions, and coordinate die makers and TLs to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires collaboration with suppliers, CAD management, and coaching for die problems, with advanced English preferred. On-site manufacturing environment in Toluca offers growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably stamping plants.
• Knowledge of control and monitoring tools to achieve results.
• Ability to interact with personnel at different organizational levels.
• Teamwork and delivery on time.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
• Ensure basic conditions for new dies
• To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts
• Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts
• Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose
• Coordinate & implement the engineering changes
• Failure Analysis
• Responsible for spare parts,supplierscoordination & planning activities for new dies
• Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
• Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems
