Stellantisfinancialservices Toluca is seeking an experienced die launch engineer to support stamping plant launches, manage resources for tryouts, and lead die makers during the launch.

You will coordinate engineering changes, perform failure analysis, oversee spare parts and supplier coordination, and coach die makers on critical problems.

The role requires working on NX and Smirt CAD for engineering changes and close collaboration with a cross‑functional team.

Formación

• 4 years of experience in stamping die making and launch activities.
• Knowledge of stamping plant processes and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Support launch deliverables and supervise trials.
• Lead die makers and TL for launches.
• Coordinate engineering changes and corrective actions.
• Perform failure analysis and parts planning.
• CAD management for NX and Smirt related to engineering changes.
• Coach die makers on critical problems.

1. Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
2. Ensure basic conditions for new dies
3. To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts
4. Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts
5. Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose
6. Coordinate & implement the engineering changes
7. Failure Analysis
8. Responsible for spare parts,supplierscoordination & planning activities for new dies
9. Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
10. Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems

• Experience: (4 years)
• Knowledge in the manufacturing processes stamping plants, as well in the equipment used for the stamping product production.
• Knowledge in the use of control and monitoring tools to get results.
