Job summary

TUI offers a local Mexican contract with residency in Mexico and English-speaking roles. You will meet, advise, and assist guests with our online products and services, uncovering needs and matching them to the right solution.

The role includes training, iPad and uniform provision, and opportunities for growth. Expect a 48-hour work week with 1.5 days off, holidays from year one, and access to learning through the TUI Learning Hub and Skills Academy.

Responsibilities

• Meet, coordinate, advise, sell and fix more complex problems.
• Assist guests with online products and services.
• Uncover guests’ holiday needs and match them with the right service or sales opportunity.
• Monitor and celebrate your success with sales target updates and guest feedback results.
