DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to provide hands-on technical support to end users on-site in Monterrey, Mexico. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and robotics systems on the production floor, manage support queues, and ensure systems run smoothly to minimize downtime.
You’ll collaborate with IT teams, support software applications and client service platforms, and interact with vendors.
