Walbridge De Mexico seeks a Senior Design Coordination Lead to drive integration across engineering disciplines, oversee design execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives and constructability requirements.

You will coordinate technical reviews with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors from early concept through construction, while leading risk mitigation and delivery of design-build projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design and engineering coordination.
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build projects and partnering directly with industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of design management, constructability reviews, document control, change management, BIM coordination, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency with industry-standard platforms such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
