Nodi is seeking an experienced Design Director to lead visual design, brand identity, and in‑product experiences for a growing fintech organization. You will shape the visual language, maintain high polish, and collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and business teams to drive cohesive, accessible interfaces.

The role requires 8+ years in design leadership, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual, brand or product design.
• Leadership experience as Design/Creative/Art Director or senior designer.
• Strong portfolio of digital experiences with brand polish.
• Attention to detail and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to guide design while contributing hands-on when needed.
• Proven collaboration with product, UX, engineering and business teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead visual direction and quality across brand and product experiences.
• Translate brand identity into in-product visuals and systems.
• Maintain high standards of visual polish and consistency.
• Partner with product, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders from concept through execution.
• Develop and evolve visual design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
• Provide design direction and feedback to teams.
• Balance brand with usability and accessibility.
• Review designs for consistency with visual and brand direction.
• Shape product visuals as they scale.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
