PayJoy is seeking a Senior Product Designer with ownership across visual design, UX, and product strategy, working on core experiences across iOS, Android, and desktop web. The biggest opportunity is to bring a very high level of visual polish to products that are already in the market, while influencing how products are designed and launched end-to-end.

Must-have: extensive Figma experience; UX fluency; user research methodologies; Design Systems; strong visual design; presentation skills in English and Spanish; business/metrics fluency; AI fluency and prototyping.

Responsabilidades

Lead across visual design, UX, and product strategy for iOS, Android, and desktop/web.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape end-to-end experiences.
Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders; evolve workflows with AI, prototyping, and research.
