Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to translate customer demand into production plans and schedules, ensuring on-time fulfillment. The role requires strong MPS experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with manufacturing for launches.

You will develop weekly master schedules, monitor plan attainment, and manage WIP visibility while tracking purchase orders and delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

• Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Understanding of WIP inventory management.
• Experience following customer purchase orders and delivery requirements.

The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for receiving customer demand and developing production plans and schedules based on installed equipment capacity to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute weekly production plans and master schedules.
• Monitor daily production plan attainment and provide status reports.
• Coordinate production scheduling based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage WIP inventory visibility and support inventory planning activities.
• Track customer purchase orders and delivery commitments.
• Escalate risks that may impact production plan compliance.
• Support mass production launches and production ramp-ups.
