Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor work-in-progress and ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent orders.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and generate reports for management.
• Support ERP/MRP system updates and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in daily production meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or control in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
