in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to develop unconstrained demand plans and drive forecasting accuracy. You will coordinate with relevant functions to sustain rolling forecasts and support global demand coordination. The role requires 4+ years in demand planning, ERP SAP (MM module) experience, and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a demand planner and/or master scheduler planner.
• Experience in forecasting, demand and translating changes in the production team.
• Experience with ERP SAP systems. PLUS MM Module.
• PLUS experience as a material master.
• Advanced English Level.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain rolling 18-24 month unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
• Assemble and analyze data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.
• Support Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.
• Monitor finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.
