in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to develop unconstrained demand plans and drive forecasting accuracy. You will coordinate with relevant functions to sustain rolling forecasts and support global demand coordination. The role requires 4+ years in demand planning, ERP SAP (MM module) experience, and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
4+ years of experience as a demand planner and/or master scheduler planner.
Experience in forecasting, demand and translating changes in the production team.
Experience with ERP SAP systems. PLUS MM Module.
PLUS experience as a material master.
Advanced English Level.
APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain rolling 18-24 month unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
Assemble and analyze data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.
Support Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.
Monitor finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.
