EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive impactful AI initiatives within a fast-paced tech environment in Mexico. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate multiple streams, and ensure alignment with business objectives, while partnering with stakeholders and clients to achieve outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering with hands-on AI, strong architecture skills, and expertise in Digital Project and Delivery Management across diverse engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical engineering background.
• 2+ years in senior/lead/manager roles.
• Strong solution architecture with hands-on Agentic AI.
• Proficient in Python scripting and AI fundamentals.
• Broad experience in Digital Project/Delivery Management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure delivery.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Product Manager cert is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project delivery from init to release.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external partners.
• Define roadmaps with deadlines, milestones, resources.
• Coordinate parallel workstreams, track risks, mitigate.
• Provide progress reviews and reporting to execs.
• Develop client partnerships to align expectations.
• Guide cross-disciplinary teams with accountability.
• Rebaseline scope, budgets, and schedules as needed.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
