DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced IT services leader in Mexico City to own end-to-end service delivery for strategic client accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet contractual commitments and business objectives. You will manage governance, KPIs, and cost optimization initiatives while partnering with senior leaders to shape transformation roadmaps and opportunities for expansion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT field.
• 8+ years in IT services with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing delivery teams.
• Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end service delivery for one or multiple strategic client accounts.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and service-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Account Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers for seamless execution.
• Monitor delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks to ensure business continuity.
• Manage incident, problem, and escalation management activities.
• Oversee account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement.
• Support business growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic objectives and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive service transformation, automation, and adoption of best practices.
