Kellanova in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Jr Finance Analyst to join the Global Business Services Finance organization. You’ll support discretionary expenses and employee compensation, contribute to month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements in a hybrid setup.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel, and working knowledge of SAP and Anaplan, with professional English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and financial analysis techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Anaplan.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing financial tasks in a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Month-End Financial Close: Execute month-end processes, including system validations, accruals, and financial close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Accounting Operations Management: Prepare accruals, reclassifications, and journal entries across regions and cost centers while maintaining accounting accuracy and consistency.
• Account Reconciliation & Compliance: Complete account reconciliations and ensure accounting transactions comply with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide reporting tools, financial analysis, and actionable insights that help identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Systems & Process Consistency: Support the integrity and alignment of financial information across SAP and Anaplan while driving efficiency improvements.
