Geely Auto Mexico is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven professional to transform dealer performance data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports, monitor KPI achievement, and support incentive programs across the nationwide dealer network. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze dealer performance data across multiple areas.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Manage dealer incentive calculations and KPI-based scorecards.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration of dealer incentive programs.
• Support standardization of KPIs and dealer processes across the network.
