Ford of Mexico is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Analyst to guide dealership technicians through complex mechanical, electrical, and software diagnostics. You will also serve as the Business Analytics lead, extracting and analyzing data to visualize KPIs and present strategic insights to management.

Formación
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Systems, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in advanced automotive diagnostics, technical support, or dealership workshop repair.
- Strong analytics capability with data visualization tools (Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI, Advanced Excel).
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical guidance to dealership technicians for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.
- Lead data analytics and reporting to identify trends and present insights to leadership.
- Support Ford diagnostic tools and software (FDRS, IDS, PTS) via phone and GTAC platform.
