HP Inc. is seeking a Pursuit E2E Deal Lifecycle Support leader to coordinate across Pursuit, Solution Design, Finance, Operations, and SSC. You will shape scalable service solutions, assess feasibility, and influence portfolio roadmaps while ensuring profitable deployment globally.

You will drive end‑to‑end transition, mentor juniors, and help build standard playbooks for pursuit and transition support, balancing short‑term deal enablement with long‑term scalability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery, Deal Pursuit, Transition Management, or related operational functions.
• MBA, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SSC support across the E2E contractual deal lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and handover to operations.
• Act as the main bridge between Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, Operations, and SSC SMEs.
• Translate customer and commercial asks into clear SSC requirements, business impact, and deployment needs.
• Provide high‑level feasibility assessments covering operating model, tools, systems, and cost allocation impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and reduce cost.
