HP Inc Poland is seeking an experienced SSC Delivery & Business Operations professional to lead cross-functional work across Pursuit, Solution Design, Finance and Operations. You will shape feasible, scalable service solutions and drive deployment with a strong emphasis on cost visibility and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in Services Supply Chain, solid project management, and the ability to influence stakeholders globally.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

SSC delivers millions of spare parts annually, repairs hundreds of thousands of units globally, and enables scalable service capabilities that directly impact customer experience, operational execution, and financial performance. **Organization Introduction:**In this position, you will be part of the SSC Delivery & Business Operations team, whose mission is to develop scalable capabilities, standard business processes, and operational solutions that support HPS portfolio growth. The team partners closely with Pursuit, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, and Operations to ensure that contractual service solutions are feasible, financially sound, operationally executable, and ready to scale globally. Our focus is to maintain consistency in service transition, delivery, scalability, and sustainability while enabling an exceptional customer experience and protecting financial excellence. **Job Overview**As Pursuit E2E Deal Lifecycle Support, you will act as the Services Supply Chain lead across the full contractual deal lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and pursuit solutioning through deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations. You will connect Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, Operations, Portfolio, and SSC subject matter experts to assess feasibility, shape scalable solutions, support cost and profitability decisions, and ensure successful operational deployment.This role requires strong business process understanding, structured project management, financial and operational acumen, critical thinking, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will be expected to balance short-term deal enablement with mid- and long-term scalability by identifying repeatable capabilities, proposing interim solutions where needed, and feeding portfolio roadmap requirements based on real customer and pursuit needs. **Key Responsibilities*** Lead SSC support across the E2E contractual deal lifecycle, from discovery and pursuit solutioning to deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations.* Act as the main bridge between Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, Operations, and SSC SMEs to assess feasibility, identify constraints, and shape executable service solutions.* Translate customer and commercial asks into clear SSC requirements, business process impacts, operational assumptions, and deployment needs.* Provide high-level feasibility assessments covering operating model, tools, systems, infrastructure, resources, financial flows, trading structures, and cost allocation impacts.* Support cost assessment and profitability decisions in close collaboration with Finance and relevant SSC functions, ensuring costs are visible, allocated correctly, and aligned with the proposed solution.* Orchestrate SME engagement across Supply Chain functions to design, validate, and optimize contractual business flows that are scalable, standard, and sustainable.* Identify capability gaps, non-standard requirements, and portfolio roadmap needs, while proposing pragmatic interim solutions to enable customer commitments when appropriate.* Project manage contractual service deployments, ensuring clear milestones, phase-gates, ownership, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and smooth handover to operations.* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce cost, improve execution quality, and enhance customer experience.* Bring structured insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making, prioritization, and portfolio evolution.* Mentor junior team members and contribute to building standard practices, playbooks, and repeatable ways of working for pursuit and transition support. **Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery, Deal Pursuit, Transition Management, or related operational functions.* Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing complex stakeholders, and driving execution in a dynamic global environment.* Strong understanding of service operations, business process design, contractual delivery models, and financial impact assessment.* MBA, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus. **Skills*** Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead independently and operate with autonomy.* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.* Strong business acumen, customer mindset, and ability to connect commercial priorities with operational feasibility.* Structured project management skills, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose pragmatic options.* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions, cost visibility, and continuous improvement.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational topics and influence stakeholders at different levels.* Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and global stakeholder environments.* Growth mindset, curiosity, critical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.* Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to turn constraints into actionable solution options. **Impact & Scope** • Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. **Complexity** • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. **Disclaimer** • This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
