Delinea is seeking an Analyst focused on data governance and Salesforce data operations in a hybrid role based in Mexico City. You will maintain account hierarchies in Salesforce, investigate duplicates, validate parent-child relationships, and document changes to ensure data integrity.

You will also run OFAC/sanctions screening on deals, escalate risks, and support AI/automation tooling to improve data workflows while working within SLAs and a compliance‑driven environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations.
• Direct, hands‑on experience with the Salesforce account/contact data model.
• Familiarity with data quality/deduplication tooling (e.g., Openprise, Data.com, Cloudingo, Validity/DemandTools) preferred.
• Basic familiarity with OFAC/sanctions screening processes, or a strong ability to quickly learn compliance‑driven workflows.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable operating within SLAs and a controls‑oriented environment.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI/automation tools to data quality or operations workflows.
• Fluent English required; based in Mexico City.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day‑to‑day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with particular attention to US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
• Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data‑quality tooling, following the team's deduplication standards.
• Research and validate parent‑child account relationships to support a single, accurate source‑of‑truth customer hierarchy.
• Maintain clear, audit‑ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action, consistent with IPO‑readiness data control standards.
• Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in‑process deals and channel‑sourced opportunities in line with established team procedures.
• Complete screening as early as possible in the opportunity management process and always before booking.
• Escalate flagged matches promptly to the Manager and Legal/Compliance, following defined escalation and resolution procedures.
• Research and validate new account creation requests in Salesforce, confirming correct placement within the customer hierarchy before account creation.
• Meet established SLAs for account research and creation turnaround time.
• Flag ambiguous, high‑risk, or unclear account creation requests to the Manager for review and guidance.
• Use AI and automation tools for detection, matching, and research; review and validate AI‑flagged findings before making or recommending changes to transactional systems.
• Provide feedback on tooling accuracy and performance to support continuous improvement of the AI‑first operating model.
• Identify recurring data quality issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to the Manager.

Role Summary

This is an execution-focused role within an AI‑first operating model: automation handles detection, matching, and research at scale, and the Analyst reviews AI‑flagged findings, conducts hands‑on research, and makes or recommends the final changes to Salesforce. The Analyst is the front line for hierarchy accuracy, deduplication, sanctions screening, and account‑creation gatekeeping, and works closely with the Manager to flag risks, elevate exceptions, and continuously improve team workflows.
This role is hybrid in Mexico City (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at our office in Reforma.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
