IQVIA is seeking a qualified Technical Support Analyst in Mexico City to join the Technology Product Development Support Function as a generalist or in a mix of disciplines.

You will work with customers and project management to translate requirements into specifications, manage the ticketing queue, and support QA, UAT, and production launches. A degree in computer science or related field with at least 2 years of experience is required.

Formación

• Basic SQL skillset (ability to write queries and joins).
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• HIPAA, governance, and healthcare data privacy knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements with customers and project teams and translate into technical specs.
• Manage day-to-day of the ticketing queue for clients ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare recurring internal meetings and advise on timeline progression.
• Ensure all tickets are up to date and escalate as needed.
• Build weekly client slides showing project status and progress.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations and QA/UAT support.
