Jabil in Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented CIQ data entry analyst to support the Computer Integrated Quality system. You will train users, ensure accurate data input, and help maintain system performance across manufacturing processes.

You will monitor real-time data, assist with data analysis and reporting, and act as a liaison between operators and quality teams to sustain 99% data integrity and timely updates.

Formación

• Able to present information clearly to managers, clients, and staff.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient with Windows OS and basic office software; strong PC skills.
• Advanced PC skills with familiarity of data handling and reporting tools.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow simple instructions.
• Ability to work with standard processes with minimal variables.
• Basic math skills for data calculations and graph interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with data analysis and special report preparation; support data entry and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate CIQ data collection; ensure coverage across shifts and analyze CIQ feedback points.
• Review process changes and update data feedback points for active processes.
• Maintain data-system correlation with manufacturing process, ensuring accuracy and machine assignments.
• Provide guidance and training to operators and managers on data entry and CIQ usage.
• Monitor real-time CIQ data to identify operational and data-entry errors.
• Support department goals and other duties as required.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security procedures.
