IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate in Mexico City to review, assess and process safety data across service lines, ensuring adherence to regulations and SOPs under the guidance of senior team members.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong focus on attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life sciences or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of pharmacovigilance experience valued.
• Experience with safety databases (ARGUS or others) valued.
• Knowledge of global/regional/local regulatory requirements (desirable).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Review, assess and process Safety data and information across service lines.
• Prioritize and complete assigned trainings on time.
• Process Safety data per regulations, SOPs and project requirements.
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities including collecting and tracking AE information.
• Database entry, coding AE and products, writing narratives and literature tasks.
• Ensure quality and productivity standards per project requirements.
• Create, maintain and track cases per project plan.
• Identify quality problems and escalate to senior team members.
• Mentor new team members when assigned by the Manager.
• Attend project team meetings and provide feedback on challenges or successes.
• Maintain 100% compliance with people practices and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
