Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Data Access Manager to support prospective clients during the sales cycle by guiding them through the Access & Integration process and ensuring data sources connect to internal systems. The role links Revenue and Analyst teams during vetting to deliver accurate marketing assessments.

Strong English communication, high emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Experience guiding clients through onboarding processes and trainings.
Background addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in software.
Familiarity with analytics for data analysis and reporting.
Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.
Familiarity with access protocols for analytics and marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for prospective clients during data access and integration.
Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams during audits.
Manage onboarding environments for prospective clients.
Maintain and evolve the Access & Integration library.
Update internal docs as access processes change; use AI to optimize processes.
