DiDi Global in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to partner with CX and other internal teams. You will drive analytical initiatives, shape metrics, and help answer critical business questions with clarity and depth.

You will design dashboards, develop self-service reporting, and mentor stakeholders in data-driven decision making, including exploring AI tools to accelerate insights for CX strategies across markets.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering data-driven insights to organizations.
• Ability to design hypothesis tests and apply appropriate algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Solid SQL skills and advanced Google Sheets/Excel usage.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights.

Responsabilidades

• Understand CX info needs and identify gaps to drive business.
• Monitor CX KPIs through robust reports and analytics.
• Apply quantitative methods to uncover trends and anomalies.
• Integrate AI tools into analytics workflows to accelerate insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Serve as point of contact for CX IBG in Mexico with stakeholders.
• Design and maintain automated reports, dashboards, alerts for self-service.
• Collaborate with process teams to develop user guides and documentation.
• Lead trainings to empower users in data-driven decision making.
